All characteristics are part of the overall garment.

Variations and small flaws are proof of authenticity and do not constitute a defective product.

Said characteristics will never affect the overall visual aesthetic of the product and its ability  to perform as a functional piece of clothing.

They are due to our use of natural products and personal touch on every single product.

All our Bespoke Handmade garments are handmade, custom made and made to order we do not provide any refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please contact us at anytime via Instagram or by the Email provided on the contact us page if you require any extra information on the garment you are interested in, no query is too big or small.

For sizing inquiries check the ‘Size Guide’ page in the ‘Menu Bar’ but please do feel free to contact us if you need any further information on the sizing.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The displayed product prices and shipping fees exclude all local customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. The shipping carrier will collect these mandatory charges from you directly at the time of delivery. We only ship to countries with active Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). However, international trade regulations change frequently. We heavily recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to estimate your total additional costs.

By checking the Terms & Conditions box at checkout, you legally acknowledge, warrant, and agree that:

• You authorize the shipment under these DDU terms.
• You accept sole financial responsibility for all destination duties and taxes.
• You acknowledge that we have applied the correct statement of origin and origin criterion required to export to your destination country under prevailing FTA rules.

If your country is not currently listed at checkout, please contact our customer service team to request a shipping review.

All prices are provided in Pounds Sterling GBP and all taxes are included.

The Value Added Tax (VAT) is enforce by the United Kingdom territory.

The prices applied are those shown on the site at the time of ordering.

Payment will be charged to your account once your order is confirmed. This is subject to authorization from your bank or payment provider; if payment is not approved, we will be unable to process your order.

 

Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email immediately and follow up with a shipping notification and tracking number.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately

at  jackehebden@gmail.com  so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.

For all modern bespoke garments, please allow up to 30 business days

 (Monday to Friday, public and personal holidays are not included) to be produced, as they are made to order.

If for some reasons the delivery is delayed you will be informed by email as why this may be with a new delivery date.

All content included on or flashing through this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the exclusive property of Jack Eric Hebden, trading as Jack. E. Hebden, and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and database right laws.

Protection of Proprietary Garment Designs

You expressly acknowledge and agree that all garments, bespoke creations, custom patterns, structural clothing designs, fabric manipulations, and aesthetic combinations displayed on this website or purchased from us are the original, proprietary designs of Jack Eric Hebden. These works are strictly protected under UK Design Right legislation, registered or unregistered community design rights, and international design protections.

Strict Prohibitions on Copying and Reverse Engineering

The purchase of any garment or service from us does not transfer any intellectual property rights or design rights to you. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Modifying, copying, reproducing, duplicating, republishing, or distributing any content or imagery from this site for commercial purposes.
• Utilizing our physical garments, digital images, or design descriptions to reverse-engineer, recreate, counterfeit, or commercially exploit identical or substantially similar clothing designs.
• Passing off our designs, patterns, or finished products as your own work or the work of a third party.

Unauthorized Commercial Use

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property, designs, or trademarks constitutes a direct breach of contract and an infringement of statutory law. Jack Eric Hebden reserves the right to seek immediate injunctive relief, claim full financial damages, and pursue formal criminal or civil legal action against any individual or corporate entity violating these proprietary clauses.
